Our client has an interesting opportunity for a solicitor or senior solicitor to join their tax and succession team. Consideration will be given to newly qualified as well as solicitors with up to 5 years’ relevant post-qualification experience. Ideally candidates will be qualified in Scotland, but our client will also consider English & Welsh qualified solicitors who would consider qualifying in Scotland.
Based in Edinburgh or Glasgow with Hybrid opportunity.
Responsibilities
Advising individuals and families on all aspects of estate planning including succession planning, trusts, partnerships, and asset protection for high-net-worth families, as well as dealing with the administration of complex estates and drafting relevant legal documents such as Wills and Powers of Attorney.
Skills/Qualifications
You will be a strong team player with sound practical and technical experience and an enthusiasm to develop your technical skills in a fast-paced environment. Ideally STEP qualified or interested in becoming qualified.
