Our client requires a talented solicitor (PQE level and background flexible) to join them in an interesting role. The ideal candidate will work within a dual role advising on both non-contentious construction and renewable energy projects.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts, subcontractor agreements, and other legal documents.
- Advising on commercial contracts relating to renewable energy projects.
- Supporting the delivery of major transactions and innovative projects
- Liaising with clients – developing and maintaining relationships
