Our client is looking for a Litigation Solicitor/Senior Solicitor to join their Edinburgh based team.
You will be responsible for:
- Acting on behalf of clients in the resolution of contentious issues.
- Taking statements, attending consultations, drafting pleadings, instructing expert witnesses, preparing cases for proofs/debates
- Providing clear practical and commercial advice to clients
- Actively participating in business development opportunities
- Working collaboratively and flexibly with other team members
