Our client is looking for an Employment Solicitor to join their Edinburgh based team.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing advice and guidance to clients in relation to day-to-day employment law matters.
- Taking and drafting witness statements
- Conducting legal research
- Drafting contracts of employment, handbooks, policies and procedures
- Developing expertise in the resolution of employment disputes including the use of mediation
- Delivery of training and workshops to clients and non-clients
