Our client requires a lawyer to join their established Corporate Team in Edinburgh.
The ideal candidate will combine the ability to carry out mainstream corporate transactions with an ability to assist clients with wider commercial legal issues including commercial contracts. The role will, therefore, involve commercial company setup, M&A and restructuring as well as corporate structuring and contract advice. Experience and capability in Intellectual property matters, corporate support for third sector organisations or data protection law would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience although the PQE level is flexible should a candidate have broader experience.
