Key duties will include:
- Assisting with project management of transactions and matters.
- Assisting in drafting main transactional / complex legal documents.
- Assisting in corporate transactions from start to finish.
- Attending to client communications.
- Preparing reports and advice notes to clients on terms of legal documents
