Our client, an interesting legal firm, are looking to hire an Senior Solicitor within Rural and Land team.
- Processing instructions from retained estate and land owning clients including advising on residential, agricultural, sporting and commercial leases
- Voluntary Registration of title of rural properties
- Sales/purchases of estates, forestry, farms, country houses, steading conversions/plots and cottages
- Security work for commercial lenders
- Representing landowners in negotiations with utility companies
- Actively participating in business development opportunities
The Ideal Candidate:
- A number of years PQE
- Committed to a career in the rural sector
- Strong technical skills across the range of work
- Good organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills
- Accurate and concise in both written and verbal communication
- Commercial and solutions orientated in your approach
- Recognise and manage risk effectively
- Deliver fee earning capability commensurate with experience
