Our client's international focus means that you will have the opportunity for cross border work and international transactions across key industry sectors as well as exposure to clients.
You will be responsible for a variety of work in a broad-based role including;
- Strong focus on Private Equity work
- M&A, early-stage fundraisings, joint venture work as well as VC and PE transactions
- Providing efficient professional support to partners
- Developing professional client relationships
- Supporting the wider team in developing business and raising the profile of the firm
- Involvement in marketing events
- Managing and supervising the work of others including Junior Associates and Trainees
- There will be a diverse range of transactional work, with the key area of focus being on Private Equity transactions
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Associate, with strong PE experience. You will be well-organised and proactive, and have excellent written and oral communication skills. A strong academic ability, alongside a good work ethic will be important and the ability to perform under pressure, to tight deadlines.
