Our client, a large legal firm, require a Senior Associate, within medical negligence team.
Ideally candidate will be Scottish qualified, approx. 8-10 years PQE. Able to work effectively both individually and as part of a team couple with strong technical skills within litigation.
Willing/able to undertake advocacy, appear in court/at hearings and be involved in the full range of the team’s work, including meeting clients, instructing experts/counsel and progressing court proceedings in both ASPIC and the Court of Session.
