Our client, an award-winning legal firm, requires a Rural Property Solicitor, based in Glasgow.
The rural team acts for a wide variety of clients across a broad range of work. In particular, they deal with crofting law, agriculture and estates, land reform and renewable energy.
The successful candidate should have some experience of handling purchases, sales and leases of both urban and rural properties, including crofting either from their traineeship, or post qualification. The candidate will provide transactional and advisory support across a range of matters.
The ideal candidate will have several years of post-qualifying experience.
