Our client, an interesting legal firm, is looking to hire a residential conveyancing paralegal.
The ideal candidate will have a number of years within a similar role with client-facing experience.
Role content will be varied but will include:
- Taking instructions from clients
- Dealing with all aspects of missives
- Dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing process in purchases, sales, remortgages, and discharges
- Completing LBTT and Registration processes
