Our client is looking for solicitor to join Energy & Natural Resources team in Glasgow.
The role would suit solicitors working in an energy role or solicitors with a commercial property background and wishing to transfer into a dynamic and growing industry.
The roles will include drafting and negotiating documents such as exclusivity agreements, options and leases for developers and landowners, carrying out due diligence on existing projects for investors and funders, assisting clients involved in the renewables supply-chain and generally supporting clients with their legal requirements in this fast-moving industry.
Projects are predominately in the wind, hydro, solar, minerals and marine sectors but battery storage, CCS, and hydrogen projects are increasingly attracting more attention.
