The role will involve:
· Providing expert advice to clients on the range of services offered by the firm.
· Assisting clients with property purchase negotiations.
· Preparing and submitting notes of interest and legal offers.
· Conducting extensive research on market trends and property values.
· Providing fee quotes and following up with clients.
· Building strong relationships with financial, legal, and mortgage consultants.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Exceptional customer service skills with an excellent telephone manner.
· Genuine passion for property and people, and ability to build rapport effortlessly.
· Ability to excel in a busy, fast-paced team environment.
· Previous experience in property marketing and/or negotiation.
· Familiarity with the Scottish legal system.
· Experience managing clients and multitasking effectively.
· Proficiency in all Microsoft packages.
· Proactive and positive attitude.
