- Meeting clients and advising on wills and powers of attorney
- Succession, asset protection, and tax planning advice
- Drafting and ongoing management of trusts
- Executries and power of attorney administration
- Adult incapacity matters including powers of attorney and guardianships
- Support in advising large rural estate clients with a cross-over between private client and rural work
- Participating in the business development initiatives of the department and firm
- Supporting knowledge management for the department
