Our client is looking for a talented Personal Injury Lawyer, based in Glasgow. Hybrid opportunity available.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a case holding of personal injury.
- Conduct initial client consultations to assess the viability of potential cases.
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to support clients claims.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Conduct legal research to support case arguments and strategies.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress.
- Advise clients on legal processes, expectations, and potential outcomes.
- Draft legal documents
The Successful Candidate will have:
- Worked in practice as a Scottish solicitor.
- Experienced in representing pursuers in personal injury matters in the Sheriff Courts and All Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court
- Strong knowledge of Court practice and procedures
- Good legal research and interpretative skills
