We are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our client. The role will be based in Hamilton.
The ideal candidate will have a number of years within Conveyancing and will be keen to progress.
- Taking instructions from clients
- Dealing with all aspects of missives
- Dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing process in purchases, sales, remortgages, and discharges
- Completing LBTT and Registration processes
