Lawyer - London

Our client, a boutique law firm, based in London are looking to recruit a lawyer.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate is someone who has already gained sufficient experience to be able to work confidently with minimal supervision and is now looking to branch out and grow a following/or has a following.  Flexible on years of PQE but likely to be at least 4 years.     

1. PRACTICE AREAS
   1. Running transactions ranging from deal sizes which can extend from £1 million to £30 million typically.  Dealing with all aspects of the SPA.
   2. Drafting corporate documentation for matters such as MBOs, de-mergers and re-organisations.
   3. Shareholder and investment agreements.
   4. Drafting bespoke articles of association.
   5. Responding to company law based queries on a host of matters.
   6. Commercial aspects of share and asset sale agreements including warranties and indemnities.
       
2. ROLE
   1. Full time with flexible working to suit needs of the business.
   2. Working with new clients, scoping and pricing the jobs, delivery of the service.
   3. There is support and mentoring.
   4. Marketing does play a part of the role.
3. SALARY OUTLINE
   1. Basic salary depends upon experience.
   2. Bonus based on chargeable hours and overall contribution to the firm.
   3. 5% non-contributory pension
   4. 24 days holiday plus bank holidays
   5. Paid sabbatical arrangements after 5 years
