Previous, demonstrated experience of working within sales and valuing residential property is highly desirable.
It is essential that you are a resident of the area, with vast local knowledge.
- Providing accurate valuations of residential properties
- Relaying a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the Scottish property market
- Delivering persuasive presentations of our unique services to clients
- Self-generating business leads from your own initiative and effective networking
- Being passionate about delivering outstanding customer service with honesty and integrity
- Responding promptly to email, telephone, and system-generated enquiries
- Completing accurate and appealing property text and assisting colleagues with innovative marketing solutions to best showcase your clients’ properties
Salary and commission are competitive, and the overall remuneration package will be dependent on experience.
