Our clients growing Real Estate team is hiring, and are looking to add value to their family-run business.
Applicants must have a few years of estate agency experience with a proven track record.
Friendly, outgoing personalities are a must, and they want to work with professionals who enjoy hard work and who have a genuine passion for the industry.
The successful applicant will assist and support a very experienced estate agent who heads up the dept.
- To assist the property department with incoming and outgoing telephone calls, organise and book high volume viewings, taking notes of interest, and help with the preparation of marketing material; this includes ordering home reports, booking photographers, downloading & sending marketing media to third party agents. Updating and maintaining third-party websites.
- Prepare offers for purchase clients, sale negotiation, and experience dealing with closing dates.
- Onboard new clients to legal software P4W & BDP, carry out AML checks and complete all necessary paperwork to support the compliance checks and creation of property files.
- Prepare and send quotes, fee notes, and some other cash room duties.
- Meet and speak to clients where necessary to determine their precise needs.
- Advise clients about sale options and the home buying process.
- Interest in residential property
- Friendly personality with a genuine desire to help people find their dream homes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and fluent in all Microsoft packages. Good knowledge of BDP Estate Agency software would be an advantage, but not essential.
