Residential Conveyancing Solicitor is required to join our client.
The ideal candidate will have a background in residential conveyancing and will act for clients in the legal aspects of sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages and transfer of title.
• Communicating with clients and taking their instructions
• Providing legal advice to clients where appropriate
• Liaising with third parties such as other solicitors and banks
• Drafting legal documentation
• Concluding missives for sale and purchase transactions
• Undertaking the conveyancing for sale and purchase transactions
