Dynamic and ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor is required to join our client, , based in Edinburgh.
The ideal candidate will be 5-20 years PQE with a preferred background in residential conveyancing and will act for clients in the legal aspects of sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages and transfer of title.
The ideal candidate will meet with clients who are intending to purchase a property and discuss the process of the intended transaction. Thereafter submitting offers for properties on their behalf and concluding missives for the purchase. Taking responsibility for the examination of the title to the purchase property and advising clients on the legal implications of any issues arising. Meet with client who are intending to sell their property or whose property is coming on to the market and discuss the process of the intended transaction. Thereafter concluding missives for the sale of the client's property. Dealing with the conveyancing involved in the sale and purchase of property.
