Our client, an award-winning legal firm, are looking to hire a qualified solicitor to join their construction team, based in Glasgow.
Their construction team provides services for both non-contentious and contentious construction-related matters. They deal with all aspects from advising on procurement processes and contract structures to providing strategic guidance during delivery. Contentious work includes advice on contractual disputes and representation of clients in adjudication and arbitration proceedings.
Previous construction law experience is not necessarily required but the ideal candidate will be committed to the development of specialist skills in construction law.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate technical drafting capability, communication skills to deal directly with a wide variety of client inquiries, and the ability to manage their workload to meet client expectations.
The ideal candidate will be NQ to 3-5 years of PQE.
