Our client requires a Commercial Projects Lawyer within the Projects and Energy team. 3-7 years PQE.
Our client advises on innovative, complex projects, commercial contracts, procurements, and outsourcings – typically involving the public sector, or private sector parties operating in regulated sectors such as health, energy and/or transport.
Their client base is exceptionally wide-ranging and they are frequently instrumental in the commercial structuring of complex and unique deals. On the public side, they act for Government Departments, NHS Foundation Trusts, transport bodies, and local authorities. Their private sector clients include infrastructure investment funds, major contractors and service providers, lenders, utility companies and others.
